Understand Christian surrender as active trust, not giving up in the face of difficulty.
Giving a concern to God does not mean denying the problem or stopping what is within your reach. It means recognizing the limits of control, asking for wisdom, and continuing without demanding an immediate solution to everything.
Two honest columns
Separate a page into “what I can do today” and “what I need to place in God’s hands”. The first may include a conversation, a request for help, an appointment, or a task. The second holds results you cannot guarantee alone.
Pray briefly and return to the next step. Surrender is a practice, not a permanent feeling.
