Prayer for Health
A prayer asking God for care, strength, and support to keep body and mind healthy.
Lord, care for my health with Your goodness.
Give my body the strength it needs for each day, and grant my mind the serenity to accept what I cannot change.
Help me take care of myself with wisdom: to rest when I need to, to seek help when something is not right, and to embrace my limits without guilt.
Sustain those who walk beside me on this path, and bless the hands that work for the health of so many people.
May I find in You the support that holds me and the peace that strengthens body and spirit. Amen.
