Ask for honesty and clarity before an important conversation.
Lord, may this negotiation be guided by honesty and clarity.
Illuminate my words so that they are sincere and fair. Help me listen with care, not in a rush to win, but with the desire to reach an agreement that honors the truth and the well-being of everyone involved.
Give me wisdom to recognize what is just, courage to be straightforward when needed, and patience not to give up on dialogue when things get difficult.
