Prayer of Thanksgiving for a Blessing
An original prayer to thank God for a blessing you have received or a stage you have completed.
Lord, today I come to You with thanks.
I come not to ask, but to recognize. Thank You for the blessing that has reached my hands, and for the season I was able to walk through with Your help.
I know it was not all easy, and I thank You as well for the strength that sustained me on the hard days. What I have received was not only my own effort: it was care that came from You.
Keep the memory of this moment within me. May my gratitude become a way of living: help me to share what I have received and to walk with greater trust into what is still to come.
Thank You, Lord, for this next step. Amen.
