God of peace, I come before You with a restless heart.
Worries pile up, conflicts seem endless, and the quiet I need slips away. Teach me to breathe slowly, to let go of what I was never meant to carry alone, and to recognize that true peace is not the absence of trouble but Your presence in the midst of it.
Pour Your calm over my mind, my home, and my path. Make me an instrument of reconciliation where there is division, of listening where there is shouting, of tenderness where there is hardness.
Guard my thoughts, protect my relationships, and make me a living sign of Your peace. Amen.
