A Christmas Prayer
Celebrate the birth of Jesus with a simple, welcoming prayer to live the true meaning of Christmas.
Lord Jesus, today we celebrate Your birth. Thank You for coming into the world so humbly, in a humble stable, and showing us that God’s love does not need greatness to be real.
Help me live this Christmas with an open heart. May I not get lost in the rush, nor let the noise drown out what truly matters. Give me eyes to see those who are alone, hands to serve those in need, and words that bring peace.
May Your birth renew in me the hope and the certainty that I am not alone. May the light that shone in Bethlehem also illuminate the shadowed corners of my life and remind me that love wins over fear.
Thank You for making Yourself small enough to fit our world. Help me do the same: to be presence, to be care, to be love. Amen.
