A gentle prayer for women seeking strength, rest, and the certainty of their dignity before God.
Lord, There are days when I carry so much in my heart: others' expectations, decisions that will not fit in a single night, and a silence that feels heavier than noise.
In this moment, I remember that I am already whole, that my strength comes from You, not from approval, and that I can sign every weariness with the certainty that I am loved.
Give me strength to rise, rest to hear, and courage to say no to what drains me.
Renew quietness within me, so that I may simply be a living woman, grateful, and at peace.
