Prayer for Focus While Studying

Lord, before books and screens, I entrust my restless mind to You. Quiet the inner noise and help me dwell in the now.

Grant me the grace of a gentle focus, not forced, but born of trust. May each page read be a step of care for myself and for the gift You have given me.

Teach me the discipline that sets free: to begin when it is hard, to pause when it weighs, to return without guilt. May study not consume me, but shape me.

Guard my rest, protect my sleep, bless the quiet effort. May I learn with humility and use what I learn to serve.

Amen.
