Saint Francis of Assisi, humble brother and joyful servant of the Lord, intercede for me before God.
In this moment when my heart seeks peace, remind me that true serenity comes from surrender, not from control. Teach me to set aside what I do not need to carry and to trust in God's care for what depends on Him alone.
Help me serve with the hands I have, without waiting for the perfect moment. Let me find joy in simple tasks, generosity in offered words, and courage to be present for those who need someone nearby, even when I have no ready answers.
Saint Francis, who chose poverty as freedom and all creation as sister, awaken in me the desire to live with less weight and more love. Let me not hoard what takes up space in my heart, but share with joy what has been given to me.
Make me a channel of peace where there is conflict, a listening presence where there is haste, and a gentle word where there is indifference. May my life, however small, point toward the goodness of God.
